Formed in November 2024, our string quartet brings together four musicians based in the Netherlands, whose paths first crossed through orchestras and chamber music projects. Coming from diverse musical backgrounds and bringing four distinct personalities to the ensemble, we share a passion for creating music that is both expressive and engaging.

What truly unites us is our shared joy in making music together, and the time we spend rehearsing in our Amsterdam studio (the most central spot for us all). It’s where we rehearse, occasionally perform, and have even recorded. We are passionate about bringing the timeless sound of the string quartet to audiences in a wide range of versatile and accessible settings.
 

 We’ve been honoured to learn from members of the Concertgebouw Orkest, Ruysdael Quartet, Cuarteto Casals, Wihan Quartet, and others. We were also grateful to take part in the inaugural String Quartet Biennale 2026 Mastercourse, where we performed David Dramm’s Déjà vu and Felix Mendelssohn’s String Quartet No. 6, Op. 80. Lucky us! :)
